All matte with Melkior

Last year, in November, I realized that you can never own too many mate eye shadows, so I ordered several from www.melkior.ro. At first, I only wanted to try two or three, but I discovered they have a discount for make-up artists (with diploma), so I ordered seven and got an extra amazing magnetic palette.

I’m really excited about them. They are very pigmented, easily applicable and blendable and I use them all quite often. If you read my previous article, you already saw that I have a small obsession for Duraline from Inglot. With the help of Duraline, I am able to transform these eye shadows in gel eyeliners. I can’t stop :). When I use these eye shadows, I start with the eye make-up and only after I continue with the rest of my face, because these little particles that fall are extremely pigmented and hard to clean, if the foundation or concealer are already applied. I also recommend using an eye primer on the eyelid, to assure that the make-up stays put all day or all night long.

Prin noiembrie, anul trecut, am realizat ca niciodata nu poti avea prea multe farduri colorate mate, asa ca mi-am comandat cateva de pe www.melkior.ro. Initial, am vrut sa imi comand doar doua sau trei ca sa le incerc, dar dupa ce am vazut ca au reducere pentru make-up artisti (pe baza diplomei), mi-am comandat sapte farduri la care am primit si o super paleta magnetica.

Sunt foarte incantata de aceste farduri. Sunt foarte pigmentate, se aplica si se amesteca usor si le folosesc destul de des pe toate. Daca ati citit articolul anterior, ati vazut ca am facut o mica obsesie pentru Duraline de la Inglot. Cu ajutorul acestui produs, pot transforma aceste farduri in tus. Nu ma mai pot opri :).Cand folosesc aceste farduri, fac prima data machiajul ochilor si dupa aceea ma ocup de ten, pentru ca mai cad particule de fard, si fiind foarte pigmentate, sunt greu de curatat, daca fondul de ten sau anticearcanul este deja aplicat. Totodata, recomand folosirea prealabila a unei baze de machiaj pe pleoapa, pentru a va asigura ca machiajul va arata impecabil toata ziua sau toata noaptea.

Coral Fusion is a light coral, its intensity depends on the color of the skin (it’s a great transition color for eye make between skin and the main color you use on the eyelid). I also used this shade as blush.

Coral Fusion este un corai deschis, intensitatea lui depinde de culoarea pielii pe care este aplicat (este o foarte buna culoare de tranzitie in machiajul ochilor intre piele si culoarea de baza). L-am folosit si ca fard de obraz.

Old Brick it’s the must have brown. It’s a chocolate brown that goes well with all eye colors.

Old Brick este maroul must have. Este un maro ciocolata si merge la orice culoare de ochi.

Lilith is an intense burgundy, ideal for green and blue eyes.

Lilith este un burgundy intens, ideal pentru ochii verzi si albastri.

Deep Purple and Prune seem very similar on the site and they actually are, but applied on the skin, Prune has more red in it and Deep Purple more purple.

Deep Purple si Prune arata aproape la fel pe site si chiar sunt, dar aplicate pe piele, Prune este mai rosiatic si Deep Purple este mai movuliu.

Autumn Sunset is a light brown, another great transition shade that I use a lot.

Autumn Sunset este un maro deschis, iarasi o foarte buna culoare de tranzitie, pe care o folosesc des.

Orange, as the name implies, is an extremely pigmented and vibrant shade. In my previous article, I used it with Duraline and created a more dramatic gel eyeliner look.

Orange, asa cum ii spune si numele, este un oranj foarte pigmentat si vibrant. In articolul anterior, l-am folosit impreuna cu Duraline si am creat o linie de tus pentru un machiaj mai indraznet.
